🔄 Order Cancellation Window

• Before Shipment:
  You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

• After Shipment:
  Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may initiate a return once you receive the product, subject to our Return Policy.

❌ Non-Cancellable Orders

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.

• Bulk orders or orders placed during special promotions/festive sales may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
