  • Rubhub offers Free Shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
  • There are no hidden charges or additional delivery fees.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment by delivery partner’s tracking link or visit the page.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances can cause delays.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at feedbacks@rubhub.in with your order details.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Rubhub is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Rubhub ships only within India.
  • We are working on expanding to international markets soon.

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you’re covered under our Hassle-Free 2-Day Replacement Policy.
  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at feedbacks@rubhub.in along with clear images or videos.
